After discussing your fitness goals, a certified personal trainer will work with you to develop a customized routine.  Technique and form will be addressed and maximized while you exercise. 

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING (Sturgeon Bay & Northern Door)
You and a friend work together with a certified personal trainer on your exercise plan to get advice and reach your fitness goals in a fun an supportive atmosphere. 

ONE ON ONE one hour session (Sturgeon Bay)
This great program can help people with special needs, back pain, pre/post surgery, stroke, multiple sclerosis, etc.  Our trained and caring professionals will visit with you to get to know your needs and help you start a fitness program.  Your doctor's approval is required.  Available for land or water exercises.  Call the Sturgeon Bay Program Center and ask about setting up your "one-on-one".
