The data is received and stored in our systems, which are hosted at an industry leading Level 1 PCI compliant and SAS70 Type II certified hosting facility.  Rest assured, your information is safe and secure with us.

 

REFUND POLICY:  

We will gladly offer 100% satisfaction on unused services; if cancellation is subject to a cancellation fee, it will be so noted.  Please call our Welcome Center at 920-743-4949 to discuss concerns. 

 

SHIPPING/DELIVERY POLICY:  

While we do not “deliver products” at the Door County YMCA, we will mail gift certificates purchased on our website via standard mail.  You can expect to receive your certificate within 3-5 business days.  Once we have received your request and payment, you will be notified via email that it has been processed.  All gift certificate purchases are purchased through a secure website.  Gift certificates expire 1-year from date of purchase.
