SPORTS CAMPS

DOORFINS SUMMER CAMP (Sturgeon Bay)
The focus of this program will be on strength and endurance.  Swimmers must be able to swim all four competitive swimming strokes and 2 lengths of the pool without stopping.  Participating swimmers will receive dry-land cardiovascular training, weight training, swimming conditioning and stroke technique.  The focus of this program will be on strength and endurance.  The camp will meet outside for the workout portion and in the competitive pool for the swimming portion from 11:00am to Noon.

GYMNASTICS CAMPS

PROGRESSIVE CAMP (Ages 6 to 10)

All gymnasts
must have been enrolled in Progressive Level 1 or higher class.  Each
day focuses on a particular developmental element. Participants must
have had 2 previous sessions of gymnastics.  Contact Amy Gamble or Nikki

GYMNASTICS TEAM CAMP (Team members only)

All gymnasts must have competed on the Strivers Team or another YMCA competitive team.  Team camp is open to YMCA members only. Contact Nikki Pollman for more information. 

OTUMBA PARK TENNIS LESSONS (children ages 7 and up)

Each class consists of warm-ups, skill building, and game play. Please bring your own racket if you have one, or feel free to use one of ours.  In the event of bad weather, please call the YMCA on the morning of to find out about cancellations.  Contact Julie Wilson for more information.
